Verified Renter Love it here! Apartments stay clean and management are the most professional people I ever met! The valet trash is so helpful all you do is sit your trash outside your apartment door and someone comes and picks it up!

Verified Renter I love the leasing office staff, the property, and the amenities. I moved here over a year ago and there have been a lot of community engagement events here and that was very important thing for me. I lived in Downtown HTX before this and I needed a level of normalcy. They check on us, know us by name, and have been amazing with the making me feel at home. Also, everything gets taken care of quickly. Whenever I reach out the response takes 24hrs or less.

Verified Renter Overall very exceptional property, nice views at sunup and sundown from overly sized private balcony. Traffic/ Construction make it harder to gain access to freeway but back roads help tremendously.
