I am so pleased with the care for my cats and the service that I am provided each and every time. The girls up front are so friendly and nice. Dr. Dowd is wonderful and so easy to talk with. You know that she cares about the animals.
We were greeted by the staff immediately in a super friendly manner. Our front desk experience was excellent,no wait time saw dr Houston,he was very informative about how and what to do for our new puppy. He spent a lot of time with us explaining and answering our questions. We were very impressed with Dr Houston and the entire staff. Thank You
They were very good to my dog. They have options that they bring up and give you estimates. They have treats at the front desk for your pets, very clean, convenient location. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Cleo is always treated like the Queen she is. Laura ands the staff are superb.
Dr Houston was great in accessing Posey. We aren't sure what is wrong but are taking steps to find out. His suggestion of how to proceed was kept in mind with cost and comfort for our pet.
The staff at Pet Hospital are always happy to see me (and everyone who walks through the door, whether furry or not) and take great care of my dogs and puppies. The relationship I have with Dr. Dowd and her team give me confidence as a dog breeder whenever I refer people to them.
You all are amazing. Our dog/cats get the best care and are truly loved when we bring them to see Dr. Houston. The staff is always so kind and make us feel welcome and loved. We've have been coming there now for over 11 years and would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and nice, and they provided me with useful information about treating my cat.
The staff were great. Even though I arrived early, they were glad to take care of Sailor's lab work and Bordetella booster. I am always treated with such courtesy and joyfulness. Thanks.
