I thought I had found a gem but in the end I found pure disappointment and frustration. I left my three dogs for 5 days and upon driving away from the kennel do I get a call that kennel cough has been reported at their facility. Well...WHAT DO I DO NOW? I would definitely not recommend. I’m a new client, I brought my 6 1/2 month old Chihuahua mix there for what I thought was daycare. When I arrived I was greeted by a person who didn’t even introduce herself and wasn’t welcoming. My little pup was scared with all the barking so I asked to see the inside. She would not allow me inside because they were cleaning. She had to practically drag my puppy in. I texted an hour and half after drop off at 7am. Stay away for this place. It’s awful. Anyone know if there is a board of health that can go inside and investigate?
We always brought our pups to Pet Spa and never had problems until the latest time where our pups came home sick and smelled really bad. I don’t recommend using this place as it’s not as good as it used to be. Update 3/30/2021, the manager and company that owns Pet Spa did reimburse us for vet bills so credit given for doing so! Still saddened that it happened
The best way they could improve would be to close.
RecommendedThis is the second kennel I brought luke to. The first one was a disaster Rutgers Creek They took pictures of him and the best is he was let out with other dogs and play
I bring my dog to enjoy himself there but since Lynn sold it to NVA nothing has been the same. It has gone downhill. I've seen most new people who couldn't tell the difference between a chihuahua and a duschund. I stood in lobby as the so called manager Tiffany told a customer her dog lacks attention, hello!! that's why we bring our dogs for daycare. I used to walk up to the puppy room window to look and see them having fun but notice door missing and they are using a xpen to block the pups very dangerous. I keep bringing my... read more
I was told that they would accommodate my cat for $20 a day. we gave them her food. when we came to check on her (which was a battle unto itself bc they didnt want to let my mother in the room to see the cat) they had given her dog food so she wasn't eating. then when we picked her up (after only 3 days) we got a hugely inflated bill of $127! for what I don't know, since I wasn't given a receipt or explanation of charges. oh and get this, they also didn't return the extra cans of cat food. this place is clearly only Intended... read more
