If I you could give a "0" for stars I would!!! Beware!!! 1 year ago we made reservations, and last minute we get an email they have kennel cough. we make arrangements. fine.... then this year Aug 27 we make reservation for 2 days. Saturday 1pm to Monday 2pm. one week later both my dogs have kennel cough. the Golden that was there and the teacup Yorke that was not there!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGE!!!!
Went ahead and filled out the RIDICULOUS amount of paperwork online just to inquire about booking a reservation. They asked for a “deposit” online, which was the FULL amount of the fee. When I decided to wait till the next day to talk to a human before paying, I called only for them to say they were fully booked! But my reservation still showed online! 10 minutes AFTER I get off the phone, I get an email that says my reservation has been rejected. I thought I had found a gem but in the end I found pure disappointment and frustration. I left my three dogs for 5 days and upon driving away from the kennel do I get a call that kennel cough has been reported at their facility. Well...WHAT DO I DO NOW? No phone call ahead of time to warn me or give me a chance to re-think my plans. So I pray and continue on my vacation. I would definitely not recommend. I’m a new client, I brought my 6 1/2 month old Chihuahua mix there for what I thought was daycare. When I arrived I was greeted by a person who didn’t even introduce herself and wasn’t welcoming. My little pup was scared with all the barking so I asked to see the inside. She would not allow me inside because they were cleaning. She had to practically drag my puppy in. I texted an hour and half after drop off at 7am. Stay away for this place. It’s awful. Anyone know if there is a board of health that can go inside and investigate?
