The structure is very well built - thick windows and walls - nice to WFH in. Its a beautiful space. Looking forward to enjoying the amenities (especially the gym that has a view of downtown while you workout).

Absolutely terrible Their leasing office team is HORRIBLE. We started the application process in November, called them and told them that we already wanted to fill out an application for an apartment. They offered to give us a video tour in a week, we scheduled an appointment. I canceled my business for this time, but they just didn’t come!!!! I was on line for half an hour!! But no one came. Awful Everything Management is abysmal. Moved in within the first week after opening. They are still doing construction 2 floors below apartment floors and they drill and hammer at all hours of the night. Dog park was promised 9 months ago but still haven’t heard a word about it. Multiple nights without AC and nobody on call to come fix it. No place to park with all of the construction going up right around it, unless your guests want to pay $90/day for guest parking.
