I agree with the other reviews - don't believe the 5 stars I scheduled my online viewing with this property and planned my morning accordingly. Up to the viewing time, no email with instructions, nada from the apartment building. About 15 minutes past the interview time I emailed them asking what happened and questioning the lack of consideration - I received only automated emails from the property. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS My partner and I moved out of the quincy about a month and a half ago, we are STILL being charged for a time period that we did not live there, were moved out, no longer had our keys and lease had officially ended. This has been a total nightmare to deal with. I’ve emailed and spoken with the property manager and billing company they have been nothing but rude saying they have higher priorities and that if I don’t want to deal with this to simply not answer my phone.
