RecommendedA very friendly and professional staff that is highly specialized in conditioning and training. Goal oriented environment helping you reach your full potential in that particular sport. Recommended(Full Disclosure: I am not a fitness or gym enthusiast nor do I like to workout. I am, very much so, the polar opposite.) I took a fitness class 7/19/2020 and was surprised at how great the whole experience was. Gyms can easily be very intimidating when you enter, but that was not the case here. RecommendedThe way this team is operating in the COVID times is perfect. Cleanliness and standards for maintaining the facility are excellent. I’m a long time member who was out for a while, but I’m so glad to be back. I HIGHLY recommend this gym. The staff is top notch!
