Mary is the most amazing Pilates instructor I have ever used! I have had multiple back surgeries and she knew how to work with my injuries and help me get stronger. Within one session, I had significantly improved posture!!! If you are not using Mary for Pilates, you are truly missing out!!!
For a long time I was looking for a gym where I could feel motivated about working out again and The Refinary made me feel that way. The gym is beautiful, clean, with state of the art equipment and attentive trainers. From orientation to classes, everyone went above and beyond about providing support and answering my questions. Beautiful gym and wonderful staff. Pricing is a little hard to swallow and I wish there was a better package that included the open gym and a set number of classes per month.
