The classes are TOUGH! Right up my alley. The trainers are great as well. Very encouraging and knowledgable of workout, technique, etc. Facilities and equipment are some of the best in the business. I just love this place!
This place was awesome!! Our daughter is very competitive and hard on herself. All the instructors were amazing 😉 they pushed her just enough and kept encouraging her when she would get frustrated. Awesome place for kids looking to do speed and agility 💪💪💪
