RecommendedThe Refuge, this place has continued to save my life since October 2024. Yes, there are a bunch of complaints about all they want is money and you have to have good insurance. I went to The Refuge not knowing what to expect as I’ve never been to a facility like this before. This place was very busy with all the intakes so it was a bit busy at the start, but once released into community, I was able to start with the groups and meet my therapist and meet other clients. I made some really good friends. This experience has allowed me to deal with trauma I thought I had dealt with from years ago, but had it deeply suppressed.
