Yesterday I celebrated my 7th year of sobriety mainly because of "The Refuge"! I was not an "Easy Challenge" for them... I'm sure a lot of them thought I would fall flat on my face and "be back soon!" Going in at 46 years old was not easy with all the "twenty-something's"... All the pains I had been "masking" thru the years with booze were all coming back to me with a vengeance!
