Verified Renter The Regal Apartments is a great value on a dollar per square foot basis. The rental rates at the Regal are extremely difficult to beat, and you would be hard pressed to find lower rates for the same square footage in the downtown area.
great loft, great location more bang for your buck! The apartments are roomy, I have 1081 sq ft. loft with a large bedroom (that has floor to ceiling walls and a door), a large platform den, two bathrooms and an in unit washer and dryer. A Complete Mess This place is an absolute joke. The people who work here are completely inattentive, unprofessional, and disorganized. They rarely answer the phones during their business hours and never respond to emails. You can find about 4-5 different numbers to this property, and they will not answer a single one. The one day I did get a hold of the office by phone, the property manager (Marcus?) assured me that if I emailed him going forward he would reply. I emailed. Verified Renter The Regal “CAN” be a nice place to live, but unfortunately bad tenants puts a damper on community living. The good tenants like myself pay too much rent to be dealing with bad tenants. It’s exhausting. I wish the higher up gather the good tenants up and hear us out on how The Regal can and should be a better place to live.
