Verified Renter The Regal Apartments is a great value on a dollar per square foot basis. The rental rates at the Regal are extremely difficult to beat, and you would be hard pressed to find lower rates for the same square footage in the downtown area.

great loft, great location more bang for your buck! The apartments are roomy, I have 1081 sq ft. loft with a large bedroom (that has floor to ceiling walls and a door), a large platform den, two bathrooms and an in unit washer and dryer. I am less than a fifteen minute walk to the loop, the lake, restaurants and shopping. Yet there is neighborhood like accessibility to the apartment.
