Verified Renter The Regal “CAN” be a nice place to live, but unfortunately bad tenants puts a damper on community living. The good tenants like myself pay too much rent to be dealing with bad tenants. It’s exhausting. I wish the higher up gather the good tenants up and hear us out on how The Regal can and should be a better place to live.
