The Reserve is a great choice! I have lived at The Reserve for about 1 and a half years and I would choose it again. Newly divorced, my apartment has become my “safe haven.” The apartments are large and bright with multiple windows. There are 2 courtyards and my apartment has a balcony overlooking the courtyard. It is quiet and peaceful and I enjoy sitting on the balcony. In addition, the Reserve is in a prime location with quick access to the beltway, 66, route 7 and route 123. Again the elevator... (Verified Renter) Again the elevator being broken constantly is very annoying and would be a problem for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs, but the community is kept very clean at all times which I really appreciate and the staff is wonderful!
