For the location,... (Verified Renter) For the location, The Reserve has a good price. They also have multiple events per month for residents, which is a big plus. And the maintenance staff is very responsive.

Not the most... (Verified Renter) Not the most convenient location (can't really walk to anywhere quickly) and amenities are decent. There's also a pretty foul odor depending on where you live (e.g. if you are near a trash room/chute). Would recommend because it is close to freeway and many offices around here.
Moving from out... (Verified Renter) Moving from out of state is a very stressful situation. However the one area which caused ZERO stress for us was the process of moving in here. The apartment is great. The staff is great. This experience has been a very positive one for us.
