Good rate compared... (Verified Renter) Good rate compared to many other places in Tysons with hardwood and great kitchen! I personally don't care to much for the balcony cause bugs have been getting in no matter how much I clean that's my only issue with living on the G/1 floor. Everything else is great. I would recommend,... (Verified Renter) I would recommend, but only at an 8 solely because it took three days to change the light bulb. There's no emergency for a light bulb, I just thought it would get fixed sooner. Of course I have no idea how busy they are. For my planning purposes, it would have been easier if it happened sooner (i.e. coordinating with roommate, wondering if I should be home or not, etc.) Otherwise it was a perfectly excellent response.
The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are updated and are in an excellent location.The staff are friendly and are always happy to help. My only major concern is the lack of a decent gym and updated gym equipment.
I have always... (Verified Renter) I have always recommended these apartments to family members and friends and I will continue to do so. Unfortunately, I have to leave this gorgeous and friendly place because of my deployment, however it will be temporal until my mission is completed overseas. Please keep it up because excellent tenants need this great place.

I'd say it's... (Verified Renter) I'd say it's a pretty nice place to live. It has a few challenges but for its location, if you don't mind the price it's a good pick.
CONS. The garage... (Verified Renter) CONS. The garage is not vented, so going into the garage is like walking in a sauna. The parking spaces are extremely tight. The ground floor passageways have a smell to them that is not present in other areas of the building. Mandatory concierge trash; why is this a thing.PROS. The staff is helpful and responsive. I have had two mechanical issues and they were both fixed promptly. The cleanliness of the common areas is inviting.

The only thing is the price that raises every year & VIP trash for $30.00 dollar should not be include unless tenant request for it. It should be by choice some of us don't have that much trash or we need earlier to remove our trash to trash room. Parking also for guest is very hard all the time we have to be worried if is towed or not . The parking lot from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am is very inconvenient... read more

I'd recommend the community entirely because its maintained well and have a consistent level of excellence for 10 years and counting.
