Since around the pandemic, we?ve had negative experiences with neighbors being noisy, people smoking weed around the building, people taking stuff from the gym, etc. We?ve even had a situation where a neighbor was verbally aggressive towards my wife to the point where she actually came to the apartment in tears and somewhat angry and scared about the situation. I love where... (Verified Renter) I love where I live. As one of the first residents ever to move in, I truly dont ever want to move out. The leasing office staff and the maintenance staff are ALWAYS spot on and deliver the exact same day I have an issue. Always friends ALWAYS responsive. Im VERY happy with where I live... Lauren the manager is always on top of everything.. 5 star review!!!

She made sure everything in the apartment would be up to date and fixed between my move in inspection and move in date. Given the current circumstances in the city, I think this is the best place to live in terms of security, noise level, location, etc. L
