I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this community because of the cleanliness of the building and safety. There have been several car break-ins in the Buckhead area and I see security walking the premises quite often. This makes me feel as though my cars are safe and the risk of having to deal with car theft is minimal.

The concierge and... (Verified Renter) The concierge and leasing staff were the reason I chose to live here in addition to the secure environment of the complex. the location is great as it's close to 400. If you like the lifestyle of the people who live in that area of Buckhead, then its for you is what I would tell people.

Everything is great... (Verified Renter) Everything is great with the exception of a few things. Valet brings crime, not sure why the parking garage has valet now. Also I think residents should be given a certain amount of guest parking passes per month so friends/family don't have to pay to visit when they come. Most of my friends/family avoid visiting because they don't want to pay to park. Maybe 2-3 passes per month would be helpful.
