First impression was... (Verified Renter) First impression was poor. Jamie showed me an apartment and was very stand off-ish. Failed to even smile much that day. I am especially sensitive to these things because of my life experience as a "black" man. To be fair, Jamie may have just had a bad day, but the job is to put on a happy face or stay home. The trash situation... (Verified Renter) The trash situation is atrocious. Sometimes it is left for 5+ days and I have to call in before it is taken care of and by then the smell is quite horrid. It wouldn't be so bad if I weren't paying $25/month for it, but the fact that I have to pay for trash to not be picked up day after day is quite annoying. The parking is not the best, maybe because of the building I am in or maybe not, but on weekends and afternoons, I have to park on the opposite side of the garages (by another bui... read more
Pet owners are... (Verified Renter) Pet owners are not responsible enough. Feces is in all of the grassy areas. Apartment entries (breezeways?) are dirty and the pads where garbage is placed is never cleaned. Breezeways need to be power washed.
It's a great... (Verified Renter) It's a great community & the apartments are phenomenal however you can tell a maintenance crew had been painting & some more before I moved in as there were tracks ALL over the apartment seeing this isn't any carpet. There are little spots of dry paint through the carpet in my bedroom as well & for the price, no one could clean up after themselves? Also, the flooring underneath my refrigerator is coming up, office knows but only fix what seems to be easy.

(Verified Renter) It is a nightmare to hear someone else’s unpleasant noises every day, to see trash bags anytime of the day even on those two days we shouldn’t put any trash out, to kill wasps twice a week, and to step on some pets’ pee on the stairway every day. I also see cigarette butts in front of the doors even in front of my door and smell weed sometimes! I don’t know if it is a real smoking-free community...

It?s a wonderful... (Verified Renter) It?s a wonderful apartment for some, but the interior was not my style. The bathroom looked old and reminded me of an old folks home or my grandmas house in 90s. The lights in the living room hung very low. While the big one bed had more square feet it felt very cramped and small. The one beds only face the courtyard which is not what I was personally was looking for. I want a better view.
