Management Great friendly management. Maintenance takes care of issue with sense urgency.
Poorly Managed and Over Priced Not a big fan of this place! They have a lot of hidden fees not disclosed to you upfront and their amenities are always down. Manager is very rude and unprofessional!

Do Not Rent Here I would strongly advise potential tenants to be aware of ongoing heating and cooling issues at this property before committing to a lease. Since moving in, I've had to submit nearly 10 work orders regarding the lack of proper air conditioning and heating in my apartment. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved, and there has been no clear explanation regarding the steps being taken to fix it. Mine is situated in the middle-most part of the apartment, meaning there is an echo-chamber created by the hollowed out square like shape of the building. They did not perform as well as the units I've used in the past. It also lacked a few features, like fans of any kind and not having a water dispenser from the fridge was inconvenient. The only reason... (Verified Renter) The only reason why I wouldn't is the renewal rates. If we were Keeping renewal rates at a reasonable price to maintain occupancy I totally would. I feel like if I got renewal rates as high as I've seen residents get , I'd leave also. It makes a big difference in peoples budgets. It sucks to get an apartment you love and that fits your budget one year then the next year it goes up $300 a month.
The only issues... (Verified Renter) The only issues I really ever run into here are noise and, on occasion, parking. It seems almost daily that someone chooses to blare loud music with heavy base in a nearby unit. I wish there were a better way to regulate noise/volume control. I work very early hours and often need to nap in the day prior to returning for more work in the evening. Many days it just doesn't happen for me due to the noise level of others.
