Some of the best and nicest customer service I've gotten! Dropped our baby off this morning for surgery got called as soon as she was done saying everything went well. She is staying overnight and they assured me that she is going to be well taken care of!
Ridge Animal Hospital is a caring and wonderful place! They have cared for all my dogs and I would not dream of taking them anywhere else. They never force a treatment on you but rather discuss every aspect of your pets care and inform you so the best possible decision can be reached regarding next steps in your pet's care. It is a true partnership to keep your pet as healthy as possible!

This place is great! I've asked some silly questions since my cat Orion was diagnosed with diabetes on New Year's Eve 2014 and the two vets who help me care for my cat, Drs. French and Shepard have answered them all! While the vet who diagnosed and initially started him on insulin, Dr. Geary, passed away soon after helping to save Orion's life, she will be forever remembered in my heart. I took my dog and cat here in October and was pleasantly surprised with the service they received. Being that I am a college student, I go to school full time and work part time, so the cost was a little expensive but the treatment and care my animals received was fantastic. I highly recommend The Ridge Animal Hospital to all students of Longwood University and citizens in the community!
