Don’t bother discussing prices up front, they will change them when you go to pick your animal up. Then belittle you by saying “well we assume our customers know they will always pay additional fees as they accrue” So just drop your animal off and hope they don’t rip you off.
I did not have a great experience with this vet. I took in my granddog for not eating, throwing up and not being himself on October 19th. Thought something was lodged. They said nothing is lodged cause he passed bowel. Diagnosed with pain in neck and back. Next day, took back because dog was no better. Would not take pills. Vet gave dog three shots. After having a few of my 11 year old dogs teeth removed on 10/12/2021 at 5pm I was told there would be a small amount of liquid from her mouth and maybe some vomiting if she ate. Large amounts of blood coming from her mouth she vomited a pool of blood the size of a small plate she’s shaking and blood is everywhere. Appointment time was 8:30 Absolutely NO EXCUSE to sit and wait almost an hour in the room with no Dr or someone coming in to explain a thing.

I took my bearded dragon, Unico, here yesterday for some greens stuck in his throat. In the words of the participating vet he was "In good health, otherwise." 3 and a half hours later he was returned to me blackened and extremely stressed. I was told not to worry and that he should return to normal within some hours. Three hours later he passed away.
