Given that my township has an exclusive contract with Rumpke, reviewing vs no other option is kind of mute. But, I will say, that Rumpke is very reliable, communicates well (if you consciously subscribe) and does a great job. Are they price competitive? We don’t have recycling. Your company is money every week. All the neighbors are pleased with service. Even when trash his the streets from hook, YOUR crew will get out of truck to pick it up so we don't. THANK YOU

I truly appreciate them closing the lid on the trash can after it's been emptied.
The person I talked to was very friendly and helpful. She was very easy to understand. It took very little time to complete what I needed done.
Service arrives at a consistent time and the men and women working the truck are always courteous and wave at our 4 year old son. Communication regarding holiday pick up is also on point.
The guys are always friendly and efficient! Always pleasant and they make sure they clean-up if there is any spillage!
