I’m trash day last week. Someone had taken one of our two recycling cards. We contacted Rumpke. They promptly sent us a stolen cart form and within a few days we had a new card was pleasantly surprised at how kind everyone we worked with was and how quickly the problem was resolved.

Trash pick up is consistent. Cans are left on the property up right and not in the street. Extra refuse has been removed easily and is appreciated.
