Your driver on our route is a rock star. Moving into a home with the associated trash and amounts of trash left for them was excessive at times quite frankly. Never seen them, but literally exceeded expectations. Extremely nice to see after the last 3+ years of general labor force degradation. Outstanding job.
I've only ever received excellent service from Rumpke. Years ago we had a different provider and they would consistently miss pick up. Never have that problem with rumpke.
