Mostly good, about once a quarter either my recyclables, trash, or yard waste is missed. I call Rumpke and I am told that they will send someone back. It only happened once.

The guys that run our trash route are great. Polite and professional always taking what is put out and picking up the little things that fall by the side. The driver would probably be a great trainer of how to look at and perform this job as a professional.
