Job was finished today. Had no issues with it and they were accommodating (Originally wanted to bring tube through a bedroom that currently had the pets locked up in it). Installers were friendly and they cleaned up the area well. I dinged customer service a little only because they said they'd get back to me in a week to schedule and that week came and went. But a quick call later got that all cleared up. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to up their insulation and I'm looking forward to very warm winter.
I can't say enough nice things about Dan and his crew. Easily the most professional and customer service-minded contractors I've had the pleasure to do business with. You can tell they take pride in doing a good job. When I had concerns that the blown-in insulation could damage some weakened interior walls in my century home, Dan showed up at the job site, gave the crew some additional instructions and eased my fears. Dan did a great job in making us feel confident for the work that we asked. He went beyond the work we asked them to do. I appreciate the extra time he came back for the vent. The group of Chris and company did an efficient job. They were very respectful.
We have had major ice damming issues for the last two years, with snow and ice coming into our home. We knew we had half the insulation we needed in our attic. Mike helped us get a fair bid and was quick to explain the need for ventilation and insulation. We received a bid from another big company, but they were $400 more expensive. Everyone connected with the project was friendly, competent and interested in doing a good job. Good company to do business with, in fact, I will use them to upgrade my business's insulation this fall.

Great installers. Chris W. was as thorough and professional as anyone could want.
A follow up...last winter we had to keep our temp at 72 and it was still chilly. We thought that our brick fascia was enough but no! After The Siding and Insulation Compant did their work we can now keep the temp at 69 and it is almost always comfortable. What can I say but we that are really pleased.
