The job was done expediently, well done. Help was courtious and helpful in explaining procedure and answering questions. Will refer.
very impressed from their first visit with the quote where they presented their product to us very thoroughly which is what sold us on it. no other place we had over did thid , they just said how much. very friendly . quality work. Couldn't even tell they were here after they were done.

I wasn't impressed with the quality of there work and they didn't do every thing promised. I liked the material used but I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I would have told Dan the same but he never called to make sure we were happy with the job or say thanks. they were the highest estimate so I guess I expected more, oh well it's a good enough job.
Responded extremely fast. Explained the problem very clearly and also, what the plan was to correct this problem. We were shocked when Dan said no money was expected until the job was finished. Most contractors require half down and the balance when the job has been completed.
GAVE ME A LOT OF INFORMATION I WAS NOT AWARE OF. VERYPROFESSIONAL
The men did a great job and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs insulation work completed on their home.
I have not had Mr. Hoag complete the project yet. I am rating him based on his coming out to my home to give me an estimate and on phone conversations with him. If you want, I can rate him again after the service is performed - waiting for good weather.
