Everyone at the office is great with my son. He asks constant questions and Dr. Asadi and staff give him the answers he is looking for.

For a place that has a very strict policy on their appointments leaving me waiting for 40 min is unacceptable. Then I had to explain my issue to two nurses and the dentist. The dentist apologized for the delay she was quiete nice
Not sure about recommending. Being asked to pay in advance is a bad idea. The explanation was that because of the long appointment, it shows committment, yet the appointment is cancellable, thus committment is not the purpose. Also, I was asked to pay the whole bill, yet the new bridge will not be delivered for about 3 weeks. Fine dental work, but not good business model. I have never been asked to pay in advance for any medical service.
The doctors are abrupt and rude.
I would like to thank Dr Amiran she is the best she cares about her patients and she does a great job
Experienced an issue with claims not submitted in October of last year, showing a current balance on my account. I am concerned that my bill is not current and will reflect charges that could have been claimed in 2015. I was surprised at this oversight. I wanted to see if my boyfriend was interested in changing dentists, but now I am not so sure of referring him.
