On 9/19/2014 was the first time I went to 'The Smile Group' As far as a visit to the dentist goes-which I was dreading and delaying for some years- this was probably the best dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was friendly. I didn't feel irritated by any of the staff, and I hope the staff didn't have any feelings of irritation with me. The dentist did not spent any time explaining my dental situation. She sent me directly to lady that take cares of the finance. She showed me my payment options with coded filling letters. I've never had that kind of experience with my previous dentist. He explains everything without waiting for my questions. He cares about my teeth not the payments. The cleaning was somewhat painful and at one point very painful. I've never had a painful cleaning at your office before.

Surprise bill/copay from last visit after I was reassured it was all covered.
