I just started going here seeing Dr Caracamo. He's the best! Staff is super nice and friendly. I recommend for sure. Dr Caracamo is one of the best! Been seeing him for years and he just started here.

My first experience with Dr. Zhang was more than pleasant. She was wonderful and really did a great job on my teeth. My hygienist Noel did an awesome job on my cleaning, I have very sensitive teeth and Noel really took that into consideration and made the cleaning a comfortable experience. I recommend Dr. Zhang and the hygienist Noel, they are awesome!
This place is the best! I have lived in many cities and been to a lot of Dental offices but I have to say this one was the all time best experience, from the friendly and polite front desk staff. The wait time was very short. The dental hygienists came in and she explained what she does then told me the dentist would be in after. They are very knowledgeable and they show and explained everything to me from my procedures to how my insurance work. Too bad they don't do pediatrics

I've been coming here for years and the only thing that keeps me coming is the actual dentist and hygienist. The staff needs to be revamped & re-evaluated they are nasty all the time over the phone but once in the office it's like all of a sudden they have some form of customer service skills. I see exactly why the rating is so low. I think I've had enough of this treatment.
If I can give you guys zero star would be greattt!!! Don't have no king of empathy but you get there and have to wait for them1 hr or more but if you running late they want to reschedule you for another 2 month or who's know when !! Get it together make me waste my time today thanks
I used to like it here but then the dr I like got transferred... There used to be a really good doctor here but unfortunately he was transferred and the dr I ended up with pulled a very infected tooth and didn't give me antibiotics until today..I got it pulled last Thursday ....was flat in bed all weekend with a red cheek and fever of 102...when asked why he didn't put me On antibiotics in the first place well it wasn't that bad...not that bad? Corporate corporate corporate. I have enjoyed the staff but NO ONE returns phone calls regarding dental emergencies. After waiting 5 days to be seen for a crown that came out last week. It failed the next day as well as a second crown. I cannot get a return call and their text service is truly non-plussed after a day with no replies from the office. Here is their own response: "We have notified multiple resources with urgent messages. They will get back to you as soon as possible." It's the second day. Crickets.
