Always a good experience with Dr.McGunnigle. Quick and efficient. Always answers any questions and is very informative and caring
I could have been more pleased with my son's appointment on June 28. Dr. Ghatala, Jim, and Desiree made us feel very welcomed. Jim was very patient with my son's x-ray process. He has a gag reflex problem. Jim explained everything he was doing and made sure my son understood. Desiree was very helpful and greeted us with a smile. Dr. Ghatala immediately recognized my son's problem. She didn't try to experiment on him. She referred us to Endodontics. All three of them were a breath of fresh air during an emergency situation. From booking an appointment, being seen, to being treated, this whole experience was wonderful. The receptionist was very friendly which is very rare to find these days. Dr. Ghatala as well as her assistant worked wonderfully together for a quick and painless filling. This location is definitely worth the drive for me!

Needed a new dentist in the area due to insurance. Easy booking, easy text confirmations, nice Covid friendly text arrival system Friendly staff at front desk and even friendlier hygienist and doctor. Lisa (hygienist) was a delight and gentle, while being efficient. Dr Mcgonnagle was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Great practice overall and very clean!
Dr McGunnigle is awesome, explained everything that he was doing as he did it. Multiple fillings that were quick and painless.
Dr.McGunnigle really knows his stuff! He's the only dentist I trust to fix my problems. He is very knowledgeable and who can go to the dentist smiling? I always do! He always has a way to alleviate pain! He's the best and his staff are great too! Lisa and Alex are awesome! Keep up the great work, Smilist!

My 22 year old son had a tooth ache. We went there in Hicksville. They took X-rays and told him he needed wisdom teeth out. My son had his wisdom teeth out years ago. Thats a real problem. How could Dr. Gupta make that mistake?? Seems similar to Dental World in Levittown. They also told him he had 7 cavities? Are they just interested in billing insurance for caps like Dental World in Levittown? This seems to be a new technique being used to make money!
Still no communication from the front desk... 9/30/24 I contacted them to have my records transferred to my new provider in time for an appointment tomorrow 10/1. Their response: I've forwarded your request to the front desk, they'll get in touch with you as soon as possible. They chase me for a couple weeks regarding an already paid co-pay, but take forever to forward my records.

So so so frustrating. I booked an appointment through their official website to have a consultation for my wisdom teeth because I really needed it urgently and everything went smoothly until I actually showed up to the appointment and the shop was closed(?) the lights were on but the door was locked and no one was inside.
