They cancel appointments without warning after taking off to make the appointment I was told that I won't be able to see anyone for at least another week and a half for a reschedule this is the last time I'll be contacting the smilist at any of their locations save yourself the trouble and find another company
I am writing this review nothing against the dentists and hygienists in the office, in fact DR. McGunnigle is one of the best and skilled dentists I know. I will give him 5 stars for sure. You will be pleased to have him working on all your dental issues. Also, staff is very nice and friendly in the office. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Made appointment for wisdom tooth removal after checking with them that I am covered by insurance and confirming co-pay. When day of appointment came I took off work and arrived early for my appointment, only for them to have me wait a half hour after my appointment time then tell me that I wasn't covered and that they found out the week before.
