I have been coming here for many years and Oral Health Center continues to exceed expectations. My most recent visit has me matched with a new hygienist that I need to recommend to all of you! Her name is Vin and I'm happy to say that my teeth have never felt cleaner. She took her time and ensures you leave feeling good along with a lesson on proper self care. The doctors are also fantastic! Can't recommend this place enough.
I have been going to the Oral Health Center of Delaware for years, and I can honestly say that they are the best! Everyone was extremely friendly, accommodating, and great at what they do. It's clear that they know what they are talking about whenever I ask questions about my dental health. I will definitely continue to come here; and I'd recommend them to anyone!
I've been coming here for many years and have been treated very well by the whole staff, whether it was the doctors, hygienists, receptionist, or even management. Dr. Nguyen is the best!
My significant other woke up in severe pain this morning due to an abscess. I was in desperate need of help for him and called this office in hopes to get an appointment soon. Rebecca was extremely pleasant to speak with. She went far and beyond to get an appointment scheduled right away (same day) and assured us that his issue will get taken care of and he'll feel better once he's seen. I've been going here since about 2003. I used to bounce around among their various hygienists, but about 6 or 7 years ago I had the good fortune of being paired up with Courtney & I've stuck with her ever since. I've had a host of gum issues, but under Courtney's care everything is finally stable (no more dreaded "deep cleaning" procedures!). I have been a patient here for many years. I continue to go back because Courtney is the best hygienist I have ever had! She is a true professional and is very gentle and explains things properly. When you find a hygienist that you are happy with you stick with them. As far as the dentists go I think Dr. Wu and Dr. Smith are both very good.
I have been a patient for many many years at this practice. I have had a wonderful experience every time from Dr. Nguyen and all the others doctors. My hygienist Bekki is a wonderful person and I feel she takes excellent care of me. Great place & excellent staff.
Arrogant, dismissive and disrespectful. They miscommunicated from the start and at the first sign of trouble from the insurance company they showed their true colors. Even the manager was arrogant and disrespectful, also the issue was resolved within a few hours so their behavior was completely unwarranted. i had a tooth pulled 8:30am 7-9-25 and it was quick and just about pain free... however that Dentist Michael Blackhurst didnot give me a prescription for the pain. 11:30am the novacane wore off....now i'm in pain and actively seeking help.... previously had plenty of tooth pulled and got prescriptions. by Dr Keith Nguyen and Dr Sarah Smith unfortunately they were not available this time....it 4pm can't sleep because of the pain in my mouth
