Do not trust the estimates from this dentist. We were told that the procedure was covered in the estimate showed that we would not pay any money for this procedure. All of a sudden they stopped covering our insurance and now I was out $180. Every single time you go into the dentist, you need to ask them if you are still covered or you will be hit with a very expensive bill.

Needed a root canal. Thankful to get an appointment in one day. The doctor worked on my mouth for at least 30 minutes but sent me home without any post op instructions or a prescription for pain medication. I only lived less than 10 minutes away and as soon as I reached my door the novocaine immediately wore off and this excruciating pounding began. My appointment was on 12/15/21 where I was scheduled a root canal which is my second time there. My first time I had filings with an amazing doctor not so great dental assistant. Well the coincidence is for my second dental appointment she was the assistant as well. The first time she had a bit of an attitude with my filling second time she had an attitude and she was rough! I have been a patient here for a year or 2 now. The regular dental care has been fine. No complaints about the cleanings or fillings that were done. Everyone is very kind. The issue that I have with this dental office is the cosmetic dentistry that I had done. I got 6 crowns on the top front teeth. I wanted a nice bright white smile for once in my life with the plan to whiten the rest of my teeth to match. The crown placed on my number 14 tooth was so poorly fitting that it caused other teeth in my upper jaw to become displaced, moving so much that my night guard no longer fit. I chose not to return for the offered repair work because the dentist who was offered to do the repair is from one of the very lowest rated dental schools in the country. The billing process at this office is HORRIBLE!!! They give you a price before you appt., however, when you get there it's different, then 3-4 mths. later you get a bill for even more!! I would not recommend this office to anyone!!! I understand that there is some dental work that may not be covered completely under you Dental plan and it is your responsibility to pay. However it should not take 4 mths. to be receive a bill!!!
