Solana had a bright and airy feel. The staff was amazing and had been there for a long time. I felt that the services offered and environment were exactly what we were looking for
I would say overall I would has been good/great except the food. The food is fair. That is moms opinion. There are a couple of caregivers that are exceptional. Britt and Baina. The room sizes are generous. The facility is very clean.

The caretakers have been very helpful and pleasant. My cousin has felt very comfortable with them. She also has responded to the PT and OT provided. Solana also has provided a variety of meals.

It is clean and secure. Food is improving since they hired new people. The nurse and drug order issues are a mess right now. some aides are great and some are not. Mom still likes it though. They raised her rent/care in January when she moved in in may last year and we were not happy about it as the original owners took back ownership.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility itself was home like and clean. I would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly staff and I felt welcomed. They provide a variety of options including personal care and a memory unit. Good location and knowledgeable staff. Activities and transport services are offered.

My mother moved to the Solana about month and a half ago. This has been a very positive change in her life. The staff is very caring and thoughtful. Upon our arrival, the sales manager ensured we had a hot meal waiting. She knew we were getting in past dinner time after traveling from FL since early morning. The staff takes care to integrate new residents quickly so they feel like they are in a community from the start. My mother has already made friends and has joined in many activities.
