I never not recommend anyone to rent from them. My son switched the apartment, I tried to pay in the balance due was zero . I am on the office and ask them to check my balance because I knew they would charge me the late fee. Luna confirmed that my balance was zero . Customer service is horrible. They rarely answer their phones. They say they prefer to communicate via email which rarely are returned. Upon move in it took my daughter 2 months of continual calls/emails to the office staff and their corporate office to obtain the Move In Incentive that she was told she would receive the day of move in. DO NOT LEASE HERE management is rude, not worth the incredibly large amount of money you are paying to live here. also, they recently let someone move into an apartment that had an abandoned dog left in it... if there was a new tenant that was supposed to be moving in, why did they not clean it before hand and find the dog??????? these people have an utter lack of concern for students and really only care about getting your money. not worth the money AT ALL, and i lived here for two years.
Management made promises that they would help with roommate issues if they occurred before I signed my lease. Now I'm stuck with a roommate who has no respect for the people she lives with and management does nothing even when my roommate breaks the lease contract.
