Run from this place as soon as you can. it just can't be any worse than dealing with them. My son switched the room. I was trying to pay the rent as normal but the balance due was zero. I knew that the Soto will charge a late fee so I emailed them asking what should i do. Luna - the customer service person - confirmed that there is no balance and "will escalate the matter to the manager".
