I stopped by the shop to get an estimate for repairs on my Astro Van. I met with David, he was busy with another customer so while I waited for about six or seven minutes, I had an opportunity to check the shop through the glass wall. What I thought was a transmissions problem turned out to be spark plugs. The Transmission Shop referred me to my normal mechanic and suggested a tune-up. Thank you Transmission Shop.
last Tuesday I dropped off my Ford Explorer with a transmission problem (no reverse).. David assured me I would have it by thursday before closing… Had a very important meeting Friday morning and needed the Car. My transmission issue was easily resolved by David and the team in Lewisville. He seemed to know the problem from the beginning but did a full check up and testing to be sure. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them.
