Doug/David and the entire Team at The Transmission Shop are simply amazing. I took my H2 there this past week with what was diagnosed as transmission and/or transfer case problems by another shop. They not only determined the likely cause of my problems was not related to the transmission, but gave me their expert diagnosis that was engine related. David was very professional, courteous, and personal, He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns about my truck. I went to the transmission shop because I was told by a previous transmission repair shop that my 4x4 transfer case could not be repaired. I came to the TTS for what I thought could be a costly repair to my transmission. David Phelps greeted me and set up a test drive/inspection. His guys found that my motor mounts were bad. After I replaced them I brought my car back and they found an axle seal leaking. So what turned out to be, what I thought, could be a costly repair turned into a fix that cost me under $200. I highly recommend The Transmission Shop in Lewisville. I have taken all my cars to them and have always been happy with their service. David is the new manager and was extremely polite and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. I know they had a huge back log of cars, but he would always give me the status on my Saturn and apologized for the long delay. It was worth the wait. Thanks Dave.
