We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, nice bar, friendly staff and atmosphere. Our toilet kept clogging and it took a while for someone to come and unclog it just to turn around and have it clog again. I loved that the staff were welcoming and friendly. We were welcomed by the Hotel manager at our room with a complimentary Holiday drink. My favorite two people were Angel at the front desk and the bartender, Richie. They were both so very nice, attentive and accommodating.

Good hotel to spend a weekend in San Juan Only one waste basket. No tissues in room. Hot water was spotty. Ambience and location. The staff was good, friendly and attentive. The hotel was in a great location and literally on the beach. The food was good. Great bar. Room had a fabulous view

Location 10/10 Staff 10/10 Bathroom 4/10 The bathroom is very very small. Washbasin area was super small. Location was great and staff were super nice.
