Exceptional Stay!! Nothing! We love that fact that the beach is right there! They provide beach towels and the lounge chairs. Daily water for free and the coffee! Close by restaurants as well! Overall a great hotel!! Definitely recommend the stay! Angel the front desk amazing customer service very!! Love the shows they provided!!

El mejor hotel en pleno centro de Condado con el mejor servicio. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas, pero tampoco se necesita más. Me encantó la ubicación del hotel y la atención del personal, destacando an Angel el recepcionista que no ayudó en todo momento. Es muy cómodo el hotel porque está en el centro de Condado, tienes agua fría ilimitada en cualquier momento, toallas de playa y hamacas en la playa para los usuarios del hotel. Great team of the hotel. I couldnt find a way to open a window in the room. Absolutely great team of hosts, super supportive and welcoming. Beautiful location and seaside.

I wouldn’t mind stay again but parking is horrible be ready for valet parking The room was very small no double beds and not enough housekeeping room service, stayed for 2 nights my room was never clean The beach front and the staff was pleasant!

Good location, good food but with opportunities to improve Noise of construction of a building next to the hotel start at 5:30am, a noise in the A/C unit at Room 300 is difficult to sleep, gate to the beach close before the sunset and beach chairs with umbrellas are removed at 5:00pm, 1 hour before the check-in. The location next to the beach, Food at the Restaurant and the location close to big hotels with Casino
