Level of actual service was exceptional however at pickup time vet didn't make time to meet with us when there was an an overall concern and finding. Also there was a hiccup with administrative staff and payment plan which eventually was resolved
The whole staff was very friendly and professional. They were patient with my less than happy feline and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them.
The staff is very friendly, always remembering my name and my dog's. They're very knowledgeable in up-to-date procedures, treatments, etc. They are also very compassionate. I would recommend them to someone whose animal needs the best care possible.
I always enjoy bring my pets in, everyone is always so kind and helpful. I feel very satisfied from being so nicely greeted by the front office, and very satisfied with the back staff and Dr.'s exam. Dr. Johnson is so great. She listens, she's patient, she really cares about our pets. I only wish our human doctors were as compassionate.

I have been bringing my beloved fur babies to The Veterinary Hospital since the mid 1980's. I have confidence in their care of my fur babies and I love that they matter to them almost as much as they do to me. It's personal for them and my fur babies get the finest care by the finest doctors. I would not consider having them cared for by any other veterinary office.
We were just buying dog food, but as usual the ladies were awesome. :)
