I gave it a 3rd try, because I have had two horrible experiences there already. Vet totally dismisses bloody stool, and acts like we are lying about our pet being lethargic for 5 days. Called 2 times before app to tall about bloody stool and nobody had any idea when we showed up for the apt. Front desk is very short with people.
Right before this email asking for my review, you sent an email telling me that Jackie's vaccinations were due. That should have been mentioned and taken care of during my visit. Now I need make another appointment and most likely pay for a visit to get the vaccines. This is the only complaint I have had over the years.
