Such a lovely community and staff The community was neat and clean. The office staff was very prompt and welcoming. The maintenance team introduced themselves in passing while on the tour. The residents in the community waived to my leading profressional as we passed by. You can feel how close of a community everyone is. Such a great tour experience!

The Village is a Hidden Gem! This is a hidden gem! The staff is incredible!! They were friendly and they gave me a five star experience! They will take care of you and you will feel at home! Adrianne, Jada, Stephen, Donnie, and Jeff are amazing. Thank you for turning this community around!

Best Apartment Tour Ever I had a tour with the community manager Jada, she was very nice and gave many details on the community. The community grounds were very clean and she introduced me to the maintenance team and office team. They all were friendly. It is a very welcoming and inviting community. I look forward to the application process.

Nice Office Environment, Friendly staff, Quick Maintenance Office staff is very friendly, the community is nice and clean, maintenance is speedy with completing work orders. Since the management change it has made me look forward to renewing my lease. Adrianne is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend people to live here.

Such a great place and Staff! I had a wonderful Tour experience here! I met with Jada the community manager. I had a bunch of questions and she took her time to make sure I had everything that I needed. The apartment was beautiful. I can not wait to apply and move-in.

10/10 would recommend My family and I love living here. All the employees are kind and helpful. The maintenance team is the best crew i’ve experienced from several apartment complexes. Mr. Jeffrey is amazing and always has a smile on his face while getting the job done. Love it here.

Maintenance My sister lives in these apartments. When her thermostat went out Jeff came out and handled it with a smile even though it was the weekend… he had us laughing the entire time in a terrible situation. I’m so happy she has a maintenance man like him in her complex!

South Terrace Apartments Couldn't ask for a better apartment with plenty of space to accomodate family and friends and the location is perfect right by I-40 to travel easily. The management team is great and have helped me with all the concerns in an expeditious manner. I look forward to spending my college years living in this awesome apartment.
