DO NOT MOVE HERE Moved here because of the amenities. What a bad mistake. Pools are dirty and cloudy. Hot tubs never work. Grills don't work. Garbage, dog poop & urine in hallways, stairwells and elevators that never get cleaned up or take forever. It smells real bad in the stairwells and the stairs looked like they've been peed on. Parking garage gates are constantly broken which allows strange people to come in and hang out. Not very safe.

Excessive Noise There is excessive noise at this apartment complex. I live on the 4th floor where every night into the early morning hours you will hear people skating, shouting, running, on the roof. If you do live here please be mindful of Excessive Noise.
Do NOT move here This place is awful! Fire alarms go off monthly, maintenance never shows up or does 1/2 of their job and never comes back. No one in the office does anything. Don’t let the parking garage gates fool you they will never close and haven’t in years. There are roaches just chilling in the hallways. The pool is never clean, the hot tub hasn’t been hot in years. Verified Renter Beautiful apartments, great prices. Awful staff
Verified Renter When we moved in 5 years ago Village at Lake Lily was way more than we expected. The halls were spotless, still ugly. The pool area was beautiful with groomed shrubs and live plants. Zero toleration for barking dogs. The parking lot in front was clean, now it is full of leaves and wood chips left from the pressure washers. Everything was spotless.
Verified Renter I really like the leasing agents and other members of the staff at Lake Lily. I dont believe its their fault at all that the property looks so bad.
Verified Renter Think the new management is trying hard to dig out of all the deferred maintenance of previous management team, but weekend presence is thin and marginal, making weekend events hard to remedy until M-F hours.
