Verified Renter I've seen some poorly run apartment complexes, so I know first and foremost that Lake Lily isn't one of them. Everyone here is courteous and professional, and the apartments themselves are gorgeous. It really feels like home here.

Verified Renter I enjoy the location, because it's within walking distance of several restaurants, and within a mile or two of several grocery stores and retail shops. It's a relatively quiet community, and the management is always very responsive to tenant concerns.

The Village at Lake Lily I've really enjoyed living at Lake Lily the past three years. The apartments are well equipped (granite, crown molding, high ceilings) and maintained nicely. I live on the courtyard that connects to the park; it has made this feel very unlike apartment living. (Though maybe not the safest location in the building) Interior units are not as open feeling. great prices for a great home I recently moved to The Village at Lake Liky and I am very impressed with my new home ! The prices are very reasonable for a lot of square footage in a fantastic location. very dog friendly, close walk to lake lily park and local restaurants and businesses! I highly recommend.
