RecommendedI have lived in Custer for almost 4 years now. This community is the best I have ever been a part of. We were suppose to PCS in May, but was offered to stay here as one of the options and so we are! Every staff member I have met have been friendly and helpful. I love seeing the events they put on and tonight I was also able to do an event with them. They were friendly, responsive, and threw a great party! I highly recommend them!!
RecommendedI just moved to Fort Benning. 72 hours prior to getting here my wife was in the phone with Jordan setting up dates to look at houses. The day my family arrived Jordan took us to the house we were interested in and we signed for the house a couple hours later. Great first impression and if you need to get into a house I highly recommend that you speak with Jordan.

RecommendedGreat experience living in Upatoi Village for 2 years. Houses were small, but very adequate and in great shape. Post community was great. Fort Benning is beautiful. We never had any issues with The villages of Benning management. All maintenance issues were resolved quickly and effectively. Office staff and the Self-Help Center were always very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them to anyone coming to Fort Benning for a short time and not interested in buying a house off post.
