Recommendedmaintenance is quick and fast. and the houses are nice.
RecommendedMy family & I absolutely enjoy living here. The staff is professional and helpful. We love having a pool near, the houses are nice. School, star bucks and dominos right in the neighborhood is awesome.
RecommendedOverall it is a nice place to live. If something is wrong maintenance always shows up in a timely manner. Our a/c went out a couple times last summer and they were at our house within an hour or two and had it back up and running. There’s tons of playgrounds, pools, and activities for kids. They are even pet friendly!! You also cannot beat how convenient it is to everything on post.
RecommendedWe love the villages! Staff is friendly and responsive to all needs in a timely manner. Everything is so convenient, the houses are nice, pools/parks are great and they’re always putting on awesome events for the families.
RecommendedI don’t have any major issues, and the managers have taken whatever issues we have had seriously which is something I appreciate. I do wish our village had better amenities to offer the kids and hope a discussion will be brought up about how we can improve our neighborhood.

RecommendedThe villages of Benning is hit or miss.... sometimes you get friendly staff and sometimes they are just outlandish. my best interactions have been with maintenance those guys are awesome!!

RecommendedMoved here and got a house right away in feb . Since living here so far for 2 years I’ve hadn’t had any major house issues . Only here and there light bulb replacements etc . The new school is so close to my home I feel comfortable with my kids walking home . I’ve always lived on post housing and will continue to from the great experience Villages of Benning has given us .
