RecommendedWe have love living at the Villages of Benning! When we got here, something was wrong with our paperwork but the main office was amazing and helped us every step of the way. We got a house after a little less than 2 weeks. Love the location and the neighborhoods, so much for kids to do!

RecommendedCurrently in lower Davis and on the wait list for Patton... everyone we’ve dealt with has been super nice especially the ladies in the bouton/Davis office! Only issues we’ve had is Maintnance taking forever as well as trying to get someone on the phone at the main housing office. (I know you ladies stay busy)

RecommendedWhile it took nearly a week and dealing with this heat with no A/C (we were provided a portable a/c window unit), management listen to my concerns and resolve them professionally and handle with a quick response. Thank you and please give the guys that installed the unit a two big thumbs up for their work.
I have waited a while to write a review so I could get a good feel for the place. I live in lower Davis and love it. We got here in June and I was pregnant (first kiddo so I can’t speak on anything kid related) I walked in with our packet because we left fort Carson the day after he cleared. We only stayed in a hotel for 2 days once we arrived and i turned in the packet. I love that we have a garage and it’s one level. We paid for the fenced in back yard and it’s been great.
