Sue was amazing at answering all my million questions before we got here, the move in process was perfect and we had almost no wait to move in. So far I love our house, it was clean when we moved in and we love then neighborhood
RecommendedLiked the roomy Iron Triangle home, but there were so many things needing repair, housing could not keep up with the repair orders. We had to call and remind them so many times, we gave up sometimes. Of course we moved out yesterday and today they wanted us to admit we are responsible for a broken screen door. Move out was ridiculous, expecting us to haul out trash to base dumpsters, take out every curtain rod nail and stack a dozen rotted pallets in the basement. Told this only the night before. RecommendedI haven't had many issues with housing. The biggest struggle was with openness during the move in process. Like know when we would get a house etc. since then we've really enjoyed living here.

RecommendedI've had good experience with housing and I have been impressed with their level of customer service. The housing supervisor is caring and attentive... the maintenance has been great as well.
